N. Gregory McNally & Associates Ltd., was established by Greg McNally in 2004.

Greg graduated from the combined MBA/LL.B program at the University of Windsor, Canada and has both his Juris Doctor and Masters in International Tax Law from the United States.

 

After graduating from law and business school, Greg was called to the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and then practiced 10 years in the Turks and Caicos Islands as Managing Partner of McLean McNally (Attorneys at Law) and the Temple Financial Group.

 

After returning to Canada in 2002 with his wife and three children, Greg was recruited by Royal Bank of Canada as their Senior Manager of International Services, overseeing the development and implementation of customized tax strategies and asset protection plans on behalf of high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth clients of the Bank in Ontario.

In 2022 Greg moved back to the Turks and Caicos Islands and joined forces with WB Financial Group to create WB Family Office Ltd. (WBFO), which provides accounting and legal consulting services to high net worth families, implementing estate and asset protection plans. WBFO also advises on insurance planning strategies and provides investment management administration.

 

Greg is a current member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Turks and Caicos Bar Association. He is also Past-Chair of the Toronto Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”) and a former director of STEP Canada.

 

He has written a number of articles published by various magazines and journals including Offshore Investment Magazine, STEP Journal, International Man, Taxes & Wealth Management (Thomson Reuters). Greg has also participated in a number of conferences as a guest speaker around the world on behalf of STEP, Sovereign Man and the Law Society of Upper Canada, amongst others.
